Mix all ingredients together. I often mix up a double or triple batch and keep it in a Mason jar with a tight fitting lid.
To use as fajita seasoning, cook the meat and vegetables for your filling before adding a tablespoon or two of the seasoning to the pan and stirring to coat. Add between ¼ and ½ cup of water or bone broth and bring to a simmer. The liquid will thicken once it begins to simmer and coat the meat and vegetables in a delicious, flavorful sauce. You can add a squeeze of fresh lime and chopped cilantro before serving if desired.
