Penny Lane has had a lot of jobs over the years, but this one has to be her favorite: inspecting a new delivery from ButcherBox like this one that arrived yesterday. Now that Penny Lane’s work as inspector is finished, my work begins. It’s time to get into the Farmhouse Kitchen to develop a whole collection of new recipes to share with you. I have one that we’ll be giving the final round of taste testing in the week ahead. It is so delicious that my family has been requesting it over and over again. It’s going to be perfect for summer grilling season.
