We used a frozen orange juice concentrate that was 100% juice to deliver the bold orange flavor we wanted. We used plain milk kefir in our recipe, but you could easily substitute a vanilla flavored kefir if you have it on hand. If you like a smoothie with a frosty texture, a frozen sliced banana can be used.

Ingredients
1bananasliced
½cupLifeway Brand Plain Milk Kefir
½cupmilk
4Tablespoonsfrozen orange juice concentrate
2Tablespoonsrolled old fashioned oats or quick oats
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 45 seconds.
Transfer the smoothie to a glass or Mason jar and top with a bit of whipped cream if desired.
